Welcome to the Unstoppable 365 Affiliate Program. This comprehensive document meticulously outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our affiliate tracks: the Regular Affiliate Program and the Super Affiliate Program. Through your promotion of Unstoppable 365 products and services, you can access a range of benefits, support, and earning potential aligned with the level of your commitment and success.

Affiliation Categories and Eligibility Criteria:

Regular Affiliate Program:

- Eligibility: Open to all individuals and entities interested in promoting Unstoppable 365.

- Objective: Earn commissions by referring clients to purchase Unstoppable 365 products and services.

- Commission Structure: Detailed in the affiliate dashboard, subject to change per Unstoppable 365 discretion.

Super Affiliate Program:

- Eligibility: Requires explicit approval from Unstoppable 365 or attainment of a minimum of 20 successful referrals.

- Enhanced Benefits: Includes higher commission rates, advanced marketing support, and access to exclusive promotional materials.

- Performance Expectations: Maintain a high level of engagement and referral success, with specific targets outlined upon entry into the program.

Legal and Operational Framework:

Independent Contractor Status:

- Nature of Relationship: Affiliates (both Regular and Super) are independent contractors, not employees, legal representatives, or partners of Unstoppable 365.

- Authority Limitations: Affiliates cannot bind Unstoppable 365 to contracts or represent the company in any legal matters.

Compliance with Laws:

- Legal Obligations: Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local laws impacting their promotional activities.

- Marketing and Advertising Compliance: Must follow all regulations related to advertising, spam, privacy, and data protection.

Use of Unstoppable 365 Intellectual Property:

- Brand Guidelines: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use Unstoppable 365's trademarks and marketing materials in accordance with our brand guidelines.

- Intellectual Property Misuse: Any unauthorized use of Unstoppable 365’s intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, or content, is strictly prohibited.

Program Participation Requirements:

For Regular Affiliates:

- Promotional Activities: Engage in responsible and effective marketing strategies to refer potential clients to Unstoppable 365.

- Content Creation: Produce and distribute high-quality content that aligns with Unstoppable 365’s brand and marketing objectives.

- Compliance: Ensure all promotional content complies with applicable laws and Unstoppable 365’s marketing guidelines.

For Super Affiliates:

- Advanced Content Requirements: Generate at least three social media posts per week, including one video and two image-based posts, adhering to the Unstoppable 365 brand aesthetics.

- Email Marketing Campaigns: Execute a minimum of one substantial email marketing campaign to your subscriber list each month, promoting Unstoppable 365 products or services with a clear call to action.

- Referral Generation: Secure a minimum of two new referrals each month, demonstrating continuous engagement and promotional success.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports detailing promotional activities, engagement metrics, and referral success as specified by Unstoppable 365.

Rights Reserved by Unstoppable 365:

- Program Modification or Termination: Unstoppable 365 reserves the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Affiliate Program, including affiliate statuses and commission structures, at any time, without prior notice.

- Affiliate Status Revocation: Unstoppable 365 may, at its discretion, terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for any reason, necessitating the immediate cessation of all promotional activities and use of Unstoppable 365’s intellectual property.

Indemnification and Legal Protections:

- Affiliate Liability: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unstoppable 365 against any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from their affiliate activities or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance and Modification of Terms:

- Acknowledgment: By participating in the Unstoppable 365 Affiliate Program, you agree to these comprehensive terms and conditions.

- Terms Modification: Unstoppable 365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program post-modification signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

- $750 per Performance Accelerator or Precision Medical Performance Client Referred
